XXVII Sierpeckie Hufcowe Kolędowanie
1. Organizatorzy:
Hufiec ZHP Sierpc im. Janusza Korczaka
Krąg Przyjaciół Sierpeckiego Harcerstwa
Centrum Kultury i Sztuki w Sierpcu
2. Termin: 10 stycznia 2018
3. Przebieg kolędowania:
09:00- występy przedszkoli
10:00- zuchy i dzieci klas I-III
harcerze, uczniowie klas IV-VII, harcerze starsi, grupy wokalne
4. Miejsce: Centrum Kultury i Sztuki w Sierpcu- sala widowiskowa.
5. Każdy zespół przygotowuje jedną kolędę, pastorałkę lub inny utwór muzyczny tematycznie związany ze świętem Bożego Narodzenia.
6. W zgłoszeniu podajemy liczbę uczestników, opiekunów, nazwę zespołu, drużyny, repertuar. Liczba uczestników nie może przekroczyć liczby członków drużyny, za które są opłacane składki. Grupy niezrzeszone mogą liczyć max. 12 osób (z wyjątkiem przedszkoli).
7. Regulamin dopuszcza występy solistów, których zgłaszają opiekunowie poszczególnych grup.
8. Uczestnicy otrzymują pamiątkowe dyplomy oraz słodki upominek.
9. W kolędowaniu udział biorą zuchy, harcerze oraz uczniowie z terenu miasta i powiatu sierpeckiego.
10. Zgłoszenia do 3 stycznia do godz. 15:00 w biurze Hufca ZHP Sierpc, ul. Braci Tułodzieckich 9, tel.: 242752403. |
